Monsters, also referred to as Employees, are placed in monster rooms in the dungeon to kill or weaken invading heroes.

Motivation[edit | edit source]

Each monster has motivation points. When they are killed in a dungeon, they lose 2 motivation points. If they are left in the garrison during a dungeon, they regain 3 motivation points. If motivation drops to 0, the monster will go in Burnout for 10 weeks.

Type[edit | edit source]

Each monster has a type. This is important for artifacts which affect an entire monster type, such as Chalice of Youth, Totem of Strength, etc..

The five general types are as follows:

  • Skeleton
  • Demon
  • Creature
  • Elemental
  • Mecha

There is a master specific type for the Enchantress's Treant.

  • Ancestral Elemental Rare can be aquired as a reward from dungeons with the enchantress. Wind Fire Ice Resistances weak to nature and physical damage. Currently no other details at this time but it is currently in game.
